This facility is one of China’s first aged care developments. With a construction area of approximately 150,000m2, the development includes a nursing home, hostel style accommodation, as well as individual villas and apartments.
The development has been designed as an integrated community, aimed at older and retired people, where grandparents can look after grandchildren as part of the extended family structure.
