This 120,000m² residential development is being constructed adjacent to Anting’s new Formula 1 racetrack.

The project comprises over 50 buildings with two levels of retail on the perimeter, facing Anting’s central street.

The development has been designed around a central park with landscape elements focused on an Australian theme. Different elements represent different aspects of Australia’s geographical character, including the rainforest, Gold Coast and Sydney Harbour.

Lifestyle considerations were central with the provision of BBQs, children’s play equipment, enclosed group areas for diversity and privacy, climbing walls and exercise equipment.

A variety of balcony treatments, as well as colour and material selections, create diversity within a unified development. The colours are strong and vivid, reflecting the Australian lifestyle and creating a point-of-difference for the development.
