The Eaton Medical Centre amalgamates two regional consulting practices in the Eaton Commercial Centre, 180km south of Perth.
Woodhead met the client’s specific operational needs with a dynamic design response. The medical centre includes two waiting areas, 10 consulting rooms, two treatment rooms and a separate pathology tenancy.
The building is oriented on an east-west axis for best exposure to northern light, and divided into zones delineating the various functions along its length.
The private administration and staff amenities zone is configured on the first floor in response to the tight site and to conform with parking requirements.
