In collaboration with Denton Corker Marshall, Woodhead designed “Altitude”, a prominent residential tower taking advantage of the expansive views of the city and beyond.
Altitude is the first 18-storey tower built as part of ‘The Precinct’. The distinctive ‘pin-wheel’ design locates the lifts at the core of the tower with ‘Sky Homes’ radiating from this central point. This design maximises the stunning outlook from every living space with extensive windows and large balconies, creating a landmark for the Adelaide central business district.
The interior design gently complements rather than detract from the view, offering modern luxurious colour schemes and quality finishes in a timeless space.
Altitude also offers in-built state of the art technology.
Woodhead and Denton Corker Mashall also designed Stage 1, ‘The Gallery’ the first apartment building of The Precinct, situated on the former Balfours site in the west end of the CBD.
