Woodhead in association with S2F has been selected as preferred proponent on the Baulderstone Hornibrook team for the PACE project.

The Pharmacy Australia Centre of Excellence project is a unique and visionary concept to create Australias leading facility for pharmaceutical research, education and drug commercialisation. PACE is a collaboration between the University of Queensland, the Pharmacy profession and industry.

The project is located adjacent to the Princess Alexandria Hospital and includes facilities for the School of Pharmacy and current and future facilities for research and commercial opportunities for allied health and medical facilities.

The development comprises academic and research buildings incorporating offices and laboratories arranged around a major urban courtyard.
