Xiangshan Half Mountain is located in the south-east of Xiangshan in Ningbo City. The project is one of the biggest tourism resorts in Zhejiang Province.
Hilltown is the first-stage of the Xiangshan Half Mountain project, with a 35,000sqm land size and 17,500sqm construction area. Xiangshan Half Mountain is located across the districts of Xinhe and Jiaolong, which are along the golden coast tourism zone in Xiangshan.
The design applies a tourism and leisure design philosophy and aims to create a high-level resort with low-density and privacy. The design also takes advantage of the unique natural resources and conditions, to provide an integrated solution which includes a hotel, more than 500 apartments and retail and cultural facilities.
