The project is located in the Super-commercial service area in Zhaoxiang, Qingpu District. The village is going to become a world-class furniture retail and exhibition centre and an exciting commercial precinct.
The Furniture Village consists of a domestic brand furniture part (three level shopping mall), an international brand furniture part (three level shopping mall) and business and apartment hotel located in the southern part of the village.
The total area is 140,000sqm and Woodhead has finished design until the DD stage. The four main areas of the first stage are located along both sides of the main east-to-west road and each has its own characteristic, material, colour, etc.
The commercial area starts from the entrance square to the main atrium. Each of the areas have facilities such as ATM machines, child entertainment areas, rest rooms and storage. International brands are located along both sides of the south-to-north landscaping zone.
Woodhead combined services of architecture design, signage and landscaping. The environmental architecture technology provides long-term value to both the client and the community.
