Designed to create a complete inner city living environment, the development plan includes provision for retail strip shopping, with a cafe and ground level parking for 170 cars.
The innovative design features four blocks of apartments arranged around a central landscaped courtyard, designed to reflect the changing seasons and provide a contemplative space.

In keeping with this objective, the design brief for this project called for a 'warehouse' feel with a provision that would allow purchasers to fitout apartments to their own requirements.
The 56 two storey, double volume apartments with mezzanines range in size from 120sqm to 270sqm, with the second level apartments offering access to rooftop gardens.
