Woodhead take special pride in their contribution to the Arnott's Biscuits $200m manufacturing facility - one of the world's most technically advanced biscuit plants.
The Woodhead team was commissioned to provide architecture and interior design services for the 40,000 sqm building.
The result is a state-of-the-art facility incorporating numerous intelligent, innovative design solutions. Substantial use of natural light helped create a more productive working environment.
The plant boasts a totally controlled hygienic environment. Homogenous modular materials were carefully selected to eliminate cavities and ledges. Significant cost efficiencies were achieved through elements such as the maintenance-free floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
Through meticulous project management, this project was successfully completed on time and budget, while meeting international standards of best practice.
