Jim Williams joined Woodhead in 1986 and has been involved in a wide variety of Industrial and Masterplanning projects.
Jim has specific experience in masterplanning of Industrial Parks and Transportation Projects and as Project Principal has managed consultant teams on these projects from concept design through to project delivery.
In particular, Jim has experience in site analysis and conceptual design to determine project feasibility and has worked extensively with major property consultants and developers in this area.
Jim has a particular interest in and understanding of the requirements of Commercial and Industrial Development and has a philosophy based on providing high quality, sustainable and cost effective architectural solutions in order to maximise benefits to clients.
