Woodhead was commissioned for the redevelopment
and expansion of the existing 25 year old Lake
Macquarie shopping centre.

The 10,000sqm retail expansion includes a new 46
place Child Care Centre; the expansion of the existing
Woolworths supermarket; 15 new specialty retail
shops; external al fresco Food and Beverage tenancies;
refurbishment of the existing Big W Discount Store and
reconfiguration of the existing customer car park.
