Woodhead’s interactive installation entitled “Collective Cohesion” was a huge hit with the crowds at the inaugural Saturday InDesign in Singapore.

Exploring the notion of connections within the design community as well as that between designer, process and product, the installation featured deconstructed carpet elements and its derivative raw materials. This in turn served as a three-dimensional peg-board ‘canvas’, which enabled visitors to the space to have their photos taken, placed on the wall, and progressively weave a tapestry of interconnecting yarns depicting who they know. Visitors loved the engaging nature of the installation, and many returned to the space during the day to see how their network of connections had grown.
