Woodhead is pleased to advise that Steve Parker and Matt Findlay have been appointed as Group Transport Leaders. Steve and Matt have both developed extensive aviation experience over the past 16 years, which now sees them as trusted advisors to a range of airline and airport clients.
Woodhead Chairman, John Churchill, says this is “an exciting development for the Woodhead Transport Portfolio, in having two highly experienced leaders manage the potential increase in airport activity post the Global Financial Crisis”.
Steve Parker, Regional Principal in the Woodhead Sydney studio, has worked full time on airport and transport projects since 1996. He has been project leader, responsible for client, design, stakeholder and team manager on a range of major Sydney Airport projects, Cairns Airport and Hong Kong Airport East Hall retail redevelopment. A key area of Steve’s project input includes terminal planning analysis to enable a clear stakeholder engagement and approach.
Matt Findlay, Principal in the Woodhead Melbourne studio, has extensive experience in terminal design, particularly focussed around the passenger experience, sense of place and retail masterplanning and design. He has led retail and interior planning for Sydney Airport, Changi Airport Terminals 1 & 3, Cairns Airport and Hong Kong Airport East Hall retail redevelopment. Matt brings a collaborative approach to projects, ensuring that clients and the broader project team actively participate in the design process.
