The exemplary $120m conversion of the former Hotel Adelaide into Place on Brougham apartment complex, Adelaide’s newest benchmark for luxury apartments in North Adelaide is now complete.
Designed by Woodhead and developed by Urban Construct, Place on Brougham features 98 apartments of varying sizes each with views over the Adelaide Oval, parklands, city and hills beyond. A four level car park will be located at the rear of the building and tenancy spaces have been incorporated at the front of the building.
