Diamantina House was named after the wife of the former Governor of Queensland and was commissioned in 1889 as a birthing hospital. The heritage listed hostel building has had many uses over the years and sits adjacent to the historic Roma House in Spring Hill.

Marina Cove is situated on the banks of the historic inner harbour and home to the new lifestyle development ‘Newport Quays’. This staged development is designed to maximise the regeneration of the urban waterfront and revitalise the area.
