The building will consist of 3 levels, one of which will house retail and carparking spaces, while the upper two levels house offices. For the first time, the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) has certified 100 Green Star building projects in one calendar year. The GBCA launched the Green Star environmental rating system for buildings in 2003.
